You are bidding on a USED Nikon D40 digital camera. This camera was used as a back-up body for emergencies or when I really needed the 1/500s flash-sync speed. As a result, it is a VERY LOW mileage camera. Everything on the camera is in MINT CONDITION; it functions flawlessly. It comes with the Nikon 18-55 AFS. The glass is clean on the lens, with no scratches or internal dust. This is a great little camera and is a secret amongst "strobist" style photographers due to its 1/500s flash sync speed. It is perfect for beginners, yet still has most of the features a pro would require. The picture quality and color rendition are BETTER than my Nikon D200!
